MRI Quiz: Axial shoulder view post anterior shoulder dislocation

Here is a good example of a case that has two findings….one of which is easily seen which usually means the second finding will go un-noticed.
This patient presented 1 week after an anterior shoulder dislocation with his MR disc. The axial image presented is a fat-suppressed T2 MR…. what are the findings?
