’4-point P.A.I.L’s’ exercise for upper cross posture

May 4, 2010

Here Dr. Spina demonstrates the ‘4-point’ postural exercise to battle the common upper cross positional dysfunction.  This exercise employs Dr. Spina’s trademarded P.A.I.L’s™ rehabilitation system (Progressive Angular Isometric Loading) which is part of the FUNCTIONAL RANGE RELEASE™ soft tissue management system.

The video was taken at an FUNCTIONAL ANATOMIC PALPATION SYSTEMS™ seminar.  This is a good example of the discussions and auxiliary topics covered in addition to advanced training in soft tissue palpation and assessment.
