In this video we discuss the concept of using gradual, progressive articular strain methods for development of articular strength and stability.  The effectiveness of this method is made possible by the muscle-connective tissue-muscle continuum which crosses all articular structures.

    This looks like a great exercise Dre! Also would work well for post groin strain rehab I would imagine…thanks for the quick vid!

    Thanks Jesse….and yes, this is a good exercise for groin strain rehab. I personally would use it after an eccentric program for the short and long adductors.
