Day 1 & 2 in Berlin Germany for the 2012 Ido Portal Movement Camp
I haven’t had much time to update how this experience is going as I have been spending most of the day training with the group when I am not lecturing. The lectures are going great and are being excitedly received by an amazing and inspiring group of movers/athletes who have included Cirque du Soleil performers, professional swimmers, movement artists, MovNat Master Instructor (Vic Verdier), and more. Much of the information that I have been presenting will hopefully come out in some up coming posts – major topics include a cellular basis for the commonly misunderstood “kinetic chain,” and the extensive continuity of the connective tissue system in terms of force coupling, potential to kinetic energy transfers, and cellular tensegrity.
