Discussing “optimal” joint function & assessment

In this video Dr. Spina discusses the assessment of joint function providing hip rotation as an example. Specifically, how to utilize specific movement findings in order to determine articular function.  This concept will be greatly expanded on in the upcoming Functional Range Conditioning seminars – coming 2013

    Great post! In the future I would love to see some posts focusing on active hip movements prescribed for patients with restricted hip mobility. Maybe a case study focusing of posterior capsule restrictions as I find this to be a very common issue in practice. Keep em comin Dre! Great blog.
