In this post we discuss how to improve your grip strength training….an aspect of training that is highly ignored in most programs despite its importance in almost all functional tasks.  The main message is one that is emphasized in the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) training system, that in order to optimize articular mobility and control, you must not only focus on strengthening the neutral ranges of musculature, but also the long and short ranges

    This will help some people with their wrist issues in yoga practice. One notices how the palm and fingers go limp when students bear weight on their hands in different degrees of extension, as well as when they are unable to translate awareness
    and strength all the way through to the fingers from the spine and the shoulders.
