    Thank you I really enjoyed that I have been teaching foot strength for about a year now with my clients….I am always reinforcing that they start out slow with towel grabs…Sand walking, and crunching with the toes and feet,grassing walking…. I try to train my client in bare feet through most of the workout…. I will try these feet exercises….thank you very much… Once I am on my feet financially I would absolutely love to attended one of you seminars….I think you are AMAZING…You knowledge is just astonishing……
